Staging Consultation
The consultation is the first step in our staging process. Ladd Interiors will meet with you onsite to evaluate your staging needs. We discuss staging timeline, budget goals, take photos and measurements of the home. You will receive a welcome packet after the consultation to help you prepare for your upcoming stage.
Partial Home Staging
Partial staging uses clients’ existing furniture and Ladd Interiors brings in the additional decor to complement and revitalize a space. Decor may include art, bedding, pillows, kitchen, bath and more. Our team will advise client during initial consult of ideal furniture placement to help maximize space, and if needed, recommend easy improvements, such as decluttering and painting needs.
Vacant Home Staging
After consultation, Ladd Interiors and crew will stage entire home with furniture and decor on clients requested date. Our design team will select specific furnishings and decor from our own inventory that are cohesive to the home and will showcase its best selling points. Think bright, clean, and modern!
